Dead things, I am taking photos of them. It makes you have to go a bit close to them and realise they won't be coming alive or doing anything scary. I would like to actually do an exhibition of dead animal photos some day.

This is my third dead animal photo. The first was the dead hedgehog, which you can find on this very blog. It wasn't scary as it was basically just a skeleton. But it was also way cooler. The second was a dead bird which I took from very far away. Anyway here is dead rat, taken at Ladies Bay, a lovely nudist beach in Auckland. His eyes are still open.



There is a dead tiny wee mouse outside my house, which I am just waiting to decompose more in to a skeleton before I get out my Nikon.. This is pretty disgusting, but it is part of life and nature and I must appreciate it and not be scared of it any more!

Welcome to the good life

OCTOBER is nearly over, and last year October was the start of my new life. This year October is the start of a newer life.

As I have 5 months left before I start studying, I want to make the most money I can during this time. I want to settle down, I want to settle down. In Mt Albert or the Shore. I'm looking for a new place to live, with people I don't necessarily know.

I am going out every night & I am taking photos every day.

Making love with his ego

DAMN, I am sore today. I would love a massage and deep heat, a stretch and a bath, a sleep and a cuddle.

I took Justin's Jack 3d, it's meant to make you go hard out and not feel like stopping. It didn't work. I admit, I only had 1/3 of what Justin takes, so I'll try it again tomorrow morning. I am trying not to eat so much fruit. I usually have 3-4 pieces a day, not to mention the dried fruit and juice..
Give me protein.
The guy from www.sportsnutrition.co.nz sent me a sample last week of this amazing, delicious plant based protein that tasted like cake mix. I was so impressed. But they don't even sell it on their site. Now I'm left with my egg protein that actually tastes like runny egg, and no alternative, after having tasted the best alternative ever. Soo.. am I to look elsewhere? Not such a smart move after all.

Getting a haircut tomorrow. Hopefully get rid of a lot of brown hair. Will post pics! And also will post photos of my face painting progress.

So that's me and my multicoloured hair rockin' out in my un-natural habitat. But it is Brooke's natural habitat. The party was sweet, food was good, house was spacious, Billy J was rockin' out too. As you can see, my busy schedule of face painting, gym and customer service prevented me from fulfilling my fashion dreams. Never again. When I was a teen, there was always time to make something.

And here's a photo I took. Needs some blurification.

Is it you, or is it me?

What I have been doing lately is using my google calendar. I have also been on twitter a lot. I have a new one as my business http://twitter.com/photofacenz but it's a bit boring at the moment. I have to update somewhere, so I am just popping in here. I thought my website would be done by now.

Here are some photos I've taken lately. It kind of cheers me up to look at these, I love this shoot. It is of course, the absolutely wonderful Justin Lane!

Photos of my dad were taken by me today. We will go to another location tomorrow morning and shoot photos with props and a bit more of a story. Not much to see here, just Gaz.

I almost got in to a bad habit there, of not updating!

What have I been up to? Making my website.. it's getting there.
I have been taking photos too. I went to two clown shows with Justin and took photos there. I only want to show the ones from first party because they are way better. We emailed the photos to the parents and Justin photoshopped some of the ones for the party where the photos were shit, and I watched, and now I feel like I understand the essence of photoshop.










This weekend I'm taking photos of my dad. And Kez maybe.
